Is my credit card information safe?

Yes, it is. We are using the worldwide secure and trusted PAYPAL to handle your transaction. PayPal allows members to pay by credit card or directly from their Bank Account.

You do NOT have to be a PayPal member to make payment by credit card using the PayPal Secure Server. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still make payments online using your VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card.

For large orders, we will also accept a bank wire transfer.

Are these real paintings?

We are very proud to offer the you the best quality against affordable prices. We only sell 100% handmade oil paintings, hand painted by experienced artists. These are oil on canvas and each stroke, texture, and nuance is created by hand, in the same way the original paintings were created.

We do not use printing, pressing or computer technology to create our painting.

What bout other reproduction and portraits?

If there any other paintings, painters or photos which you would like us to reproduce, just send us an email with the information you would like and/or a digital copy from the original and we will send you a quotation as soon as possible.

Can you create a new work of art from several of different photos?

Yes. The only limit is your imagination. We can compose and combine several existing pictures to create a completely new oil canvas that you would be proud of your creativity.

For example, we can paint a family portrait with an additional person, a different background or a photograph painted in the style of a particular artist.

Are your reproductions copyrighted works?

Every painting in our gallery is in either the public domain or original artworks like portraits or composite artwork. You should not need to worry about copyright infringement.

Who paints these paintings?

We work with a large team of artists. We employ specialists in certain disciplines and styles. Our artists are high qualified with at least 10 years of experience.

What if I don't like the painting?

In case you are not satisfied with your painting, we offer you a full Money Back guarantee. Refunds will be made after we receive the painting back. Only shipping and handling costs will be charged in case of refund. The paintings must return in the original packing and in the same condition we sent them. Our return policy is valid for 10 days and the return period is from the merchandise arrival date.

It is compulsory to contact us before returning a painting and await exact return instructions. Returned merchandise must be wrapped & packed in the original tube and send to the address of origin.

Can you deliver to my country?

Yes, the delivery is worldwide. We deliver anywhere you want.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer you a low flat rate shipping cost of 15.25 USD for all items. Combined shipping is possible.

How long does it take before I get the painting?

Normally it takes 4 weeks to paint your painting.

The shipping usually takes about a week. We will inform you in advance when the painting has finished and will be shipped to your address.

We can also offer you a special shorter delivery order at additional cost if you are in a hurry.

Are the paintings framed?

No, the paintings are not framed. We ship unframed paintings in a protective, hard plastic tube. The main reason being that the transportation costs would be disproportionate high. We find it is much more cost effective for you to work with a local framing store.

But, if you wish to order a frame, we will be glad to ship the painting framed and "ready to hang" so you can immediately put it on your wall. Just let us know and we can give you an estimate of the shipping & handling cost of your framed painting.

What if my painting is damaged during shipping?

In the very rare case that your painting or frame arrives damaged, please immediately notify the courier company and then inform us. All our paintings and frames are insured and we will immediately work on a replacement.

What are the discounts for large volume order?

If you are a hotel, corporation or interior design office that need to order a large volume of art decorations items, we will offer very special discounts for you. Just send us an email with your preferences and requests.
